The “Friendly to environment” industrial park (IP)

- Long Hau IP aims to a green IP. In order to approach that objective, Long Hau Corporation has reserved 33% for public construction, invested on liquid
and solid waste treatment factory. ISO
certificate 14001:2004 by TUV Rheinland, we welcome less polluted investors.
- October 25th, 2009, Long Hau Corporation is honored to receive the Gold Award " For the cause of Vietnam environmental protection in Vietnam” issued by
Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment coordinating with Vietnam
Association for Nature and Environment of Vietnam. It proves the IP's responsibility toward the environment master to build a "green"
investment environment in Long Hau IP.

Supporting services for investors and labors
1. Satisfy the requirement of accommodation:
- Rental Housing: We are building labor dormitory for 7.200 workers,
officers and experts working in Long Hau IP. It is built on an area of 5,3 hectares with total invested capital of
228 billions with full utilities such as market, mini supermarket,
entertainment and recreation area, creating the
sustainability in the labor living in particular and operation of
business in general.
- The social house: the resettlement of 647 units in the area of 65,611 m2
- House for staff: Residential neighborhoods with an area of 37 ha, providing accommodation for about 9,000 residents have long-term residential security needs of employees in Long Hau IP. The project includes villas, houses, apartments, shopping centers, kindergartens, sports, entertainment, parks and greenery.
2. Training: Training project and human resource development to provide skillful worker for companies in Long Hau IP intermediate level training system, to colleges and universities.
3. Community activities: improving the spiritual life of workers through recreational activities for workers in industrial park.
We also build up an investor community to expand relationship and distribution channels for our investors.

Support local communities
- Organizing programs connected to the community through social welfare projects, humanitarian and vocational training such as:
- For study encourage, LHC fund gives scholarships to needy students each year. Up to now, we has invested 1.1
billion for 386 scholarships “partner in future” for the students who
overcome difficult circumstances and support equipments for local
schools.
- Long Hau Corporation is running a project cost 1 billion VND for 100 scholarships "For the future", which gives vocational training for youth in Can Giuoc District, contributing to meet the labor demand for investors.
- 200 millions for Lunar New Year gifts to the local poor people and so on
