Four Companies Invested in Long Hau IP for a week
LHC - On the morning of October 7th, 2010, Long Hau Corporation signed contracts to lease land to Phuoc Hau Construction Joint Stock Company and Thanh Binh Paintbrush Manufacturing Enterprise for the projects of workshops and factories manufacturing all kinds of paint brushes and other tools for the construction industry. Two projects were being deployed in Long Hau Industrial Park with total investment of more than 60 billion dong.

Earlier, on September 27th, 2010, Phuoc
Thinh Paper Joint-Stock Company with the project of producing Packaging
and Hung Vy Co., Ltd. with the construction project of factories and
warehouses for leasing have officially become the investors in Long Hau
Industrial Park with the total investment of nearly 100 billion dong.
Thus, in the past week, Long Hau Corporation recorded more than 50
billion dong revenue from the lease of land.
Long Hau is the
first and only industrial park of Vietnam who won Asia Pacific Quality
Award for the Perfect Business Model (July 2010) and received ISO
Certificate 14001:2004 of TUV Rheinland Group. Located on the overall
planning project of Hiep Phuoc port urban area and is surrounded by
three large-scale deep-water ports (SPCT Port, Saigon – Hiep Phuoc Port
and Saigon New Port). During the past time, Long Hau IP constantly
received major projects of investors in nation and abroad, especially
for the import and export trades, Logistics, Food Processing ... Long

attraction in the province of Long An.
